As more customer deployments roll out, Proterra will build out this area with password access to allow transit agencies and other purchasers to receive real-time information on the performance of vehicles in the field through “Smart-Bus” wireless technologies installed in each vehicle. Customers will receive technical service updates and get a window into performance characteristics of the EcoRide™ BE35 and other vehicles to be sold by Proterra as well as our charging stations. We will even be able to tell you how your individual drivers are doing.
We intend to make the customer’s experience completely transparent – not just the good – but the bad and the ugly will all be disclosed and professionally addressed in a timely and responsive fashion by our engineering staff and field service team. We are not just looking for buyers, we are looking for partners whose fleets we can improve while also learning how we can deliver better products and services.
